DELIVERY

1. Delivery area,time and arrangement

1.1 Delivery services are only available for Hong Kong and Macau regions. Delivery is arranged

1.2 All deliveries will be arranged within 2 to 5 business days after the order is placed. For remote areas, delivery may be extended by an additional 1 to 2 business days (e.g., Mui Wo, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Tai O, Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Penny's Bay, Discovery Bay, etc.).

If the delivery address involves stairs, an additional fee will be charged(pleaserefer to Clause 2).

1.3  Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Charges(per order / per invoice)

2.1 Hong Kong: HK$100 (Free shipping on orders of HK$350 or above), Macau: HK$200 (Flat rate).

3. General Warranty: Please always refer to the user manual or instructionof the corresponding product. Product will not be covered under warranty in thefollowing circumstance: Product that has been stored/installed incorrectly; hasbeen used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned with wrongcleaning methods or cleaning products; has not been used in accordance with theuser manual or instructions that accompanies the product; normal wear and tear;damages caused by impacts or accidents; damages caused by external factors;displayed or discounted products; product without the original, copy or photoof sales invoice.

4. Refund and Exchange: Non-refundable; Exchanges mustbe made within 7 days of purchase; No exchange for opened, used, damaged items,and displayed, discounted products or items sold during the sales period.

5. Specialarrangement due to inclement weather

5.1 Deliveryservice may be delayed due to weather/traffic conditions, and the arrival dateand time will be subjected to actual conditions.

5.2 In the eventof force majeure or other factors (including but not limited to hoistingTyphoon Signal No. 8 / Black Rainstorm Warning / road blockage or closure,etc.) on the day of delivery, the delivery service will be delayed orsuspended, and the customer service team will contact the customer as soon aspossible after the normal service is resumed to arrange the re-delivery. 

6.  Micro HK reserves the right to make anyamendments to the above terms and conditions without prior notice, and in caseof any dispute, Micro HK reserves the right for the final decision.
